What is a Surgical Neurophysiologist?
In addition to being a licensed aesthetician, I am also a Surgical Neurophysiologist.
A Board Certified Neurophysiologist is a specialized healthcare professional trained to monitor brain, nerve, and spinal cord function during surgery. The role requires a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and how the body communicates and heals in real time.
That experience gave me advanced knowledge of tissue health, cellular communication, and recovery — principles I now apply directly to skincare and treatment planning. It’s this clinical understanding that allows me to approach skin from a deeper, science-based perspective.

My approach to skincare is rooted in science. I hold two bachelor’s degrees and am a Certified Surgical Neurophysiologist, and I spent years working in healthcare before becoming a licensed aesthetician.
